Babanas – a program for 13-15 year olds
Babanas is a Dharug word for ‘younger sibling’ or ‘little one.’ Babanas is also the name of Yurora’s program for 13-15 year olds.
The Babanas community is established to care for younger delegates, by providing a community & bible study gathering, and support navigating the festival program. Babanas will spend the mornings together, 9:30-12, and then connect with friends & leaders throughout the day to ensure everyone is able to participate fully in the wider Yurora experience.
Babanas tickets are $230. This does not include accommodation, which can be purchased at the ticketing website below.
To be eligible for the Babanas community, you must:
- be aged 13-15 at January 8, 2017
- have a sibling, parent or designated guardian, aged 18+, also attending Yurora
- purchase a ticket & confirm parent/guardian permission
- follow the instructions of Babanas community leaders throughout the Yurora festival
